Lately this term LC7 have been doing immersion. Immersion is when the teachers pick different topics and kids then go and learn about one of them and then we would rotate to a new topic and learn about that one and we will keep doing the same thing until we have learnt about all of the topics.
In week 2, LC7 started immersion in class we got into groups. We learnt about different topic one was about business, the other was about fair trade, and the last one was about fashion revolution we learnt about lots of things in business we about how to be an entrepreneur and we also learnt a little bit about money. In fashion revolution LC7 learnt about how clothes are made what it's like for other people in different countries and how they live and how their clothes are made. In fair trade LC7 learnt about the people who don't have many things we also learnt about chocolate and the fair trade sign and people who provide the cocoa beans.
After we had learnt about all the topics we decided to work on one for our project that we found interesting and want to learn more about. “I chose fair trade and so far I'm enjoying it”.
